“It is my understanding that I am an ’employee at will’ and under the agreement that I signed with the company, upon the giving of 4 weeks notice, I may terminate my employment for ‘any reason’ without penalty. I have provided 4 weeks notice (my prior email of December 29th, 2022) and it is time to move on.
